Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-standard Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating pixel-perfect, lightning-fast, and visually captivating web experiences for modern tech companies, high-converting landing pages, and portfolio platforms.

In this role, you will translate Figma UI/UX prototypes into clean, modular HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, craft smooth GSAP and scroll-driven micro-interactions, and optimize Core Web Vitals to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Translate Figma wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes into clean, semantic, and fully responsive HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript code.
• Motion & Micro-Interactions: Implement smooth scroll triggers, parallax effects, interactive sliders, and subtle micro-animations using GSAP and Vanilla JavaScript.
• Performance & Core Web Vitals: Optimize assets, critical rendering path, LCP, CLS, and INP metrics to ensure sub-second load times and 90+ Google PageSpeed scores.
• Tracking & Tag Integration: Seamlessly integrate analytics scripts, custom event data layers, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and webhook endpoints.
• Cross-Browser & Device QA: Ensure responsive stability and consistent visual polish across all major browsers, desktop resolutions, and mobile viewports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional frontend development experience with modern responsive web applications and landing pages.
• Technical Stack: Mastery of semantic HTML5, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox, Custom Properties, Glassmorphism), and Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
• Animation Libraries: Solid hands-on experience with GSAP (GreenSock), ScrollTrigger, and CSS transitions for micro-interactions.
• Performance Mindset: Strong understanding of image optimization, responsive typography, lazy loading, and modern web performance best practices.
• Code Quality: Passion for UI precision, clean directory structure, clean typography, and zero-defect visual execution.
