Product UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, conversion-minded Product UI/UX Designer to craft high-converting landing pages, sleek web interfaces, and scalable design systems for our global clients and digital ventures.

In this role, you will blend cutting-edge visual aesthetics (dark mode, glassmorphism, fluid typography) with rigorous psychological conversion principles to transform complex offerings into intuitive, irresistible digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX & Landing Page Design: Design high-converting landing pages, e-commerce storefronts, and web app interfaces in Figma from wireframe to final mockup.
• Design System Architecture: Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems with auto-layout, typography hierarchies, reusable components, and design tokens.
• User Journey & Flow Mapping: Map out intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive clickable prototypes.
• Conversion-Driven Aesthetics: Apply modern visual trends — sleek dark modes, subtle gradients, glassmorphism, and micro-interactions — optimized for consumer trust.
• Developer Handoff: Prepare clean Figma handoff files with precise annotations, responsive layout guides, and exported SVG/WebP assets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, landing page design, or digital product design with a stellar portfolio.
• Figma Mastery: Deep proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout 5.0, Component Variants, Variables, Prototyping, Tokens).
• Conversion & CRO Focus: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, scanability, contrast accessibility, trust badges, and CTA placement dynamics.
• Visual Polish & Typography: Impeccable sense of modern typography, spacing rhythms, color harmony, and micro-interactions.
• Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showcasing live web designs, conversion-focused landing pages, and responsive UI work.
