Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical, high-velocity Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for our scaling DTC e-commerce, SaaS, and high-ticket service clients.

In this role, you will be in the driver’s seat managing monthly ad spends of $20K to $50K+, orchestrating rigorous creative testing frameworks, interpreting blended ROAS metrics, and collaborating directly with our creative and tracking teams to eliminate conversion friction across funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Architecture & Scaling: Structure, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Creative Testing Frameworks: Formulate creative angle hypotheses, test weekly UGC video hooks, static carousels, and copy variations to combat creative fatigue.
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyze landing page click-to-purchase ratios, checkout drop-offs, and recommend high-impact CRO tweaks.
• Data & Metric Accountability: Track daily blended ROAS, CPA, CAC, MER, and LTV data with rigorous attribution validation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside server-side tracking engineers (GA4/CAPI) and copywriters to maintain pristine tracking and messaging alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, demonstrable media buying experience managing performance ad accounts.
• Platform Mastery: Advanced command of Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+ Shopping, CBO/ABO structures) and Google Ads suite.
• Analytical Depth: Fluency in GA4 event tracking, UTM taxonomy, attribution models, and conversion funnel analytics.
• Autonomy & Drive: Remote self-starter who solves problems proactively, communicates clearly, and takes pride in measurable growth numbers.
